​Custom Mold-Opening Solid Surface Basins | Hilton Hotel Project

​This project showcases three uniquely-designed high-density solid surface basins custom-engineered for the Hilton Hotel. Following special design requirements from the project architect, we developed brand-new custom molds to realize these exclusive basin silhouettes, finished in elegant classic matte white solid-surface material.

The full project lifecycle spanned approximately three months. Our workflow covered custom mold development, prototype sample fabrication, client sample review and approval, mass-production manufacturing, all the way through to final on-site installation completion at the hotel site.

Crafted from premium high-density solid surface, these bespoke wash basins deliver seamless non-porous surfaces, superior stain resistance and outstanding durability, perfectly built to withstand heavy-traffic hotel commercial use. Each custom basin shape was strictly reproduced according to the designer’s original concept, retaining clean minimalist lines and uniform matte-white texture across all three variants.

Drawing on our decades-long solid-surface manufacturing expertise and technical know-how, our team solved multiple custom-molding challenges and supported the whole project from concept to real-world site delivery. The finished bathroom fixtures match the hotel’s high-end interior vision perfectly and have earned positive feedback and recognition from the client.
