Q2: What is the general lead time for orders?
A: Our products are made to order and lead times can take around 35-45 days. A more accurate lead time can be given upon enquiry for a specific product.
Q3: Can I get samples or Miniature Tubs from your factory?
A: Yes, we are able to provide material samples for free. Please contact us for more information regarding the price.
Q4: Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
A: We do worldwide shipping, and shipping varies depending on the location, the size and weight of your products. If you have your own frieght forwarder we are also able to accommodate. Please contact us if you would like us to provide you a shipping cost based on your location and specific products interested.
Q5: What is the standard of package?
A: Export standard package (Carton box with wooden base) or special package according to customer’s requirement.
Q6: If there are problems in the quality of the products, who should I contact?
A: Please contact us, we are more than happy to solve any of the quality problems, or any problems regarding our products.
Q7: Do you accept OEM/ODM business?
A: Yes, we are both ODM and OEM supplier.
