A: You can email us or you can leave a message at our contact us page, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q2: What is the general lead time for orders?

A: Our products are made to order and lead times can take around 25-35 days. A more accurate lead time can be given upon enquiry for a specific product.

Q3: Can I get samples or Miniature Tubs from your factory?

A: Yes, we are able to provide samples of the material and a Miniature Tub for free. Please contact us for more information regarding the price.

Q4: Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?

A: We do worldwide shipping, and shipping varies depending on the location, the size and weight of your products. If you have your own frieght forwarder we are also able to accommodate. Please contact us if you would like us to provide you a shipping cost based on your location and specific products interested.

Q5: What is the standard of package?

A: Export standard package (Wooden Box) or special package according to customer’s requirement.

Q6: If there are problems in the quality of the products, who should I contact?

A: Please contact us, we are more than happy to solve any of the quality problems, or any problems regarding our products.

Q7: Do you accept OEM/ODM business?

A: Yes, we are both ODM and OEM supplier.

Q8: What kind of certificates do you have ?

A: CE Certificate, GTS Certificate, and CUPC Certificate, etc.
